Federal project leader sees work as 'the front lines of protection' for wetlands and waterfowl

Scot Glup is project leader of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Litchfield Wetland Management District, overseeing 153 federal Waterfowl Production Areas in seven south-central Minnesota counties.
